Then, we link your e-commerce platform with our e-MailEx platform. Your store is ready – your customers can purchase in your online store, and choose the shipping options and prices.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
CUSTOMER BUYS AND SELECTS THE DESTINATION
Your customer purchases at your online store and chooses the shipping address and method. They may choose their own address or pick up at a MailEx store.
PRINT THE LABEL
Through the online platform, print the label with the recipient’s information and stick it to the package.
SHIP AND DELIVER
MailEx automatically receives the orders and collects them from your store. You can also ship the orders from a MailExpress office to your clients. You will agree the shipment method with your sales representative.

DO YOU PURCHASE ONLINE?
If you purchase online, you can choose to receive your shipment at home or at a MailEx store. If you receive the package and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to the seller.
