MAIL SERVICE WITH ONLINE TRACKING THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE DELIVERY PROCESS.

We use a connectivity system (GPEX) to locate the mail item at any time. This allows us to provide the coordinates, date and time at which the courier was at the delivery address, upon a customer’s claim.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

An adhesive stamp with a barcode is used for satellite tracking. Once the item is delivered, the recipient data is registered.

SERVICES

 

. STANDARD: It is the basic distribution postal service, used for non-urgent shipments and where the recipient’s confirmation is not needed. Door-drop or mailbox delivery. Service recommended for personal or business shipments of up to 200 gr.

DELIVERY TIME: 2 to 7 business days.

. GPS TRACKING: Door-drop delivery. This service includes satellite tracking through barcode scanning. The mail items are scanned at the delivery address and this entry is recorded in our system. The satellite tracking also follows the courier throughout their entire route.

DELIVERY TIME: 5 business days

. MAIL WITH RECEIPT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: This service is aimed for urgent deliveries. An adult’s signature is required. Single receipt (2 delivery attempts).

DELIVERY TIME: 1 to 2 business days. / 5 business days

. EXPRESS MAIL: Urgent delivery upon adult signature, with single receipt acknowledgment.

DELIVERY TIME: 2 to 7 business days.

. LAW FIRMS: Immediate pickup at your law firm office and extra fast delivery of official letters, demands of payment, seizure of assets, summons and services of process.

 

CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT LETTER

 

DELIVERY SERVICE OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND CONTROLLED STANDARDS OF THE NATIONAL ENTITY OF COMMUNICATION, ENACOM (for its Spanish acronym).

You may take a pre-printed form to which stamps are stuck to grant legal force.

You can also create your online letter. We have a writing and printing system that allows you to import the senders and recipients’ databases and save texts and certified return receipts letters templates according to the most commonly used samples.

The form is put in an exclusively-designed packaging in order to assure confidentiality and communication protection.
